For personalised and custom-made orders, such as printed coffee-to-go cups, advance payment before production is generally required unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The payment methods actually available for your order are shown currently and bindingly in checkout. Availability may vary depending on the order, delivery country and technical requirements.

Processing or production begins once the requirements applicable to the respective order have been met, in particular after receipt of payment and – for personalised products – after any required print approval.
