I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?

We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow a production time of 4 to 8 weeks for personalized products. The average delivery time for neutral stock items is 1 to 3 days.


I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee (on NON-PERSONALIZED products if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense.
Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty. You must cancel your order before shipping. If the item has already been dispatched, please use our easy returns system to receive a full refund.


I entered an incorrect address, what can I do now?


If you misspelled or auto-entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified whether the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at info@foodypack.eu. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. There will be no refund after 24 hours of incorrect transmission.

Delivery times may vary as we ship worldwide depending on the destination. The average delivery time for personalized products is approximately 4-8 weeks and NON-personalized products 1-3 business days.
